Thank you for your interest in employment with Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. This Job Applicant Privacy Notice discloses the privacy practices of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities including, but not limited to Panda Express, Panda Inn, Wasabi, Yakiya, and Hibachi San locations owned and operated by us (collectively, “Panda” or “we” or “us”) with respect to any and all personal information collected in connection with your application for employment with Panda, including but not limited to the information collected during, related to, and/or submitted via the online employment application process; our websites or digital interface; your resume or curriculum vitae, cover letter or message, letters of recommendation, or any other information you may submit; background checks; interviews; and pre-employment screening. Personal Information means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you.   • To evaluate your application for other open or similar positions within Panda.

  • To contact your references. 
  • To conduct background checks.
  • To hire you. 
  • To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, record-keeping, and/or reporting requirements or obligations.
